國(guó)防部要求日方深刻反省侵略歷史

  MND Urges the Japanese Side to Profoundly Reflect on Its History of Aggression

  9月10日下午，國(guó)防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人蔣斌大校就近期涉軍問(wèn)題發(fā)布消息。

  記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，日本防衛(wèi)省公布預(yù)算草案顯示，2026財(cái)年日防衛(wèi)預(yù)算達(dá)8.85萬(wàn)億日元，創(chuàng)歷史新高。此外，日將在九州部署改良型12式陸基反艦遠(yuǎn)程導(dǎo)彈，射程覆蓋中國(guó)沿海地區(qū)。請(qǐng)問(wèn)發(fā)言人有何評(píng)論？

  Question: It’s reported that the Japanese Ministry of Defense submitted a record defense budget request of 8.85 trillion yen for fiscal year 2026. In addition, Japan will deploy upgraded Type-12 land-based anti-ship long-range missile to Kyushu, whose range covers China’s coastal area. Do you have any comment?

  蔣斌：日本加速軍事擴(kuò)張，發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)超“專(zhuān)守防衛(wèi)”所需的軍力，包括進(jìn)攻性武器裝備，不禁讓全世界愛(ài)好和平的人民警惕擔(dān)憂，日方究竟意欲何為？我們剛剛舉行了中國(guó)人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)暨世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利80周年紀(jì)念活動(dòng)。80年前，日本軍國(guó)主義發(fā)動(dòng)侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)給亞洲國(guó)家人民帶來(lái)深重災(zāi)難。80年后的今天，地區(qū)國(guó)家捍衛(wèi)和平的意愿更加強(qiáng)烈，決不允許日本軍國(guó)主義卷土重來(lái)。我們要求日方深刻反省侵略歷史，切實(shí)尊重亞洲鄰國(guó)和國(guó)際社會(huì)的安全關(guān)切，在軍事安全領(lǐng)域謹(jǐn)言慎行，避免重蹈歷史覆轍。

  Jiang Bin: Japan is accelerating its military buildup, developing capabilities, including offensive weapons and equipment, which far exceed what is required for its exclusively defense-oriented policy. This have sparked vigilance and concerns among peace-loving peoples worldwide, who have to wonder what is the real intention of the Japanese side? We just hosted commemorative activities marking the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Eight decades ago, the aggressive war launched by Japanese militarists inflicted immense suffering upon the peoples of Asian nations. Today, the resolve of regional countries to defend peace is stronger than ever, and we will not allow Japanese militarism to make a comeback. We urge the Japanese side to profoundly reflect on its history of aggression, earnestly respect the security concerns of its Asian neighbors and the rest of the international community, speak and act with prudence on military and security matters, and avoid repeating past mistakes.
